1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rang Fusion platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Overview

Rang Fusion provides property management software solutions for owners and tenants. We act as a facilitator and platform provider, not as a real estate agent or property owner unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You must provide truthful and accurate information for property listings and tenant profiles.
• Compliance: Users must comply with local municipal laws and society rules regarding property usage.
• Prohibited Content: You shall not post fraudulent or illegal property listings.

4. Payments and Fees

All rent payments and maintenance fees processed through our platform are subject to processing fees as disclosed at the point of transaction. GST (Goods and Services Tax) shall be applicable as per Indian Tax Laws.

5. Tenant Verification

In accordance with local Indian law enforcement mandates, all tenants must undergo police verification. Rang Fusion facilitates the digital aspect of this, but final compliance rests with the Property Owner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logo, design, and software on Rang Fusion are the property of Rang Fusion and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rang Fusion shall not be liable for any disputes arising between owners and tenants, including but not limited to rent defaults, property damage, or lease violations. Users are encouraged to sign formal physical or digital lease agreements independent of the platform's UI.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform's resources.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our principal place of business.
