How We Use
Cookies.
This Cookie Policy explains how Play Pause Post, Inc. ("Play Pause Post," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website (playpausepost.in), platform, and embedded video player (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which provide further detail on how we process your personal data. By continuing to use our Services after being presented with our Cookie Consent Banner, you consent to our use of non-essential cookies as described below.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website or use a web-based application. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the service.
In addition to cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as:
- Local Storage & Session Storage: Browser-based storage mechanisms used to retain data across or within a single browsing session.
- Pixel Tags / Web Beacons: Tiny invisible images embedded in pages or emails that signal when content has been accessed.
- Device Fingerprinting: A combination of device attributes used to identify a device without storing a file on it.
- SDKs and APIs: Used within our embedded video player to collect engagement signals from viewer devices.
For simplicity, all of these technologies are referred to collectively as "cookies" throughout this Policy.
2. Who Sets Cookies on Our Services?
2.1 First-Party Cookies
Set directly by Play Pause Post when you visit our website or use our platform. These are used to operate core functionality, remember your preferences, and analyse usage of our Services.
2.2 Third-Party Cookies
Set by third-party service providers (Data Processors) that we have engaged to help deliver our Services — such as analytics platforms, payment processors, and customer support tools. These third parties may also collect data under their own privacy policies.
2.3 Embedded Player Cookies
When our embedded video player is deployed on a third-party website, cookies may be set on that website's visitors by our player. The operator of that website is independently responsible for disclosing this to their users and obtaining the necessary consents under applicable law.

Where cookies process personal data of Indian Data Principals, we comply with the DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025 in relation to that processing.
